I am excited to share my knowledge in relationships and intimacy with you. When it comes to sex and sensuality, I've seen it all! I am also a trained life coach, which makes me a perfect guide to helping you navigate these sensual waters.

Most of my mentoring and coaching experience has been in the sensual realm from relationship coaching to the unique experience of running a metaphysical love shop! Individuals and couples naturally started asking me questions and wanting guidance, not only with the products I sold but also how to navigate their relationships to make them the most fulfilling that they could be. From tips and techniques that kept the home fires burning to how best to communicate their wants and needs they were excited and energized at the possibilities!

The feedback I received was that I was friendly, authentic and easy to talk to. My clients usually said, "I can't believe I am telling you this!" I always felt that I was making real differences in peoples lives, by being there, in a non-judgemental way. Relationship & intimacy healing naturally became the next path for me to take.

I try to live my life as authentically as I can using my coaching skills, mindfulness and non-violent communication. I have put together this practice with these strategies as a framework.
